Call for Papers for Mississippi University for Women's Social Sciences Undergraduate Research Colloquium

Croft students, especially seniors writing their theses, should consider applying to present at the Mississippi University for Women's 2nd meeting of the Social Sciences Undergraduate Research Colloquium, which will be hosted by MUW's Department of Psychology and Family Studies on April 22, 2017. This event will provide a venue for undergraduate students in all social science disciplines to present current or proposed research and to receive feedback from research mentors and peers. Lunch will be provided for attendees.

Eligibility
All presenters must be undergraduate students in a social science discipline. All students must have a faculty mentor noted on their application. Both proposed research and completed research posters are welcome. If presenting a completed research project, approval by the IRB at one's home institution can be noted on the registration form.

Registration
Registration is free, but all attendees and presenters will need to complete the registration form available at https://mlmalkin.wufoo.com/forms/ssurc/

Submission Information
Information Regarding Abstracts: These should be no longer than 250 words and contain background, a thesis statement or research question, hypotheses, methods, and, if appropriate, results and implications.
Information Regarding Group Project Submissions: Only one group member needs to submit application on behalf of group, but must note all co-authors on the registration form. All group members planning to attend must register.
