Croft Senior Spotlight - Francisco Hernandez

After I graduate I plan on going to graduate school, either right away or after a couple years of work experience. I would love to work for a company with an international outlook, whether it is in the non-profit sector, the business sector, or the media. As for graduate school, my interests are international relations, global policy, or political science.
Here at Croft I'm writing my senior thesis on the effects of austerity in the Spanish healthcare system and their effects on the rise of the Catalan independence movement. The language I'm studying is French, although I just started taking Portuguese this semester as well. In my free time I love cooking, playing tennis, staying up to date with international news, and writing for the university's newspaper.
