Planner: Planning and Design Professional at Design Workshop in Denver, CO

The Croft Institute truly developed my professional and academic skills to what they are today. The level of analysis, both qualitative and quantitative, that I did during my stint at Croft has dramatically helped me get ahead in the research world. I have published articles and without the research skills I learned in Croft, I don't know if this would have been possible. The language skills have also opened doors for me. I have been able to fulfill a role that others on my team haven't been able to, thus becoming more valuable to my team. I believe that the breadth of a liberal arts education, and Croft specifically, has helped me realize there is more than one solution to a problem. I know that an international studies degree can be applied in many different instances, and this has made me confident in pursuing urban planning. Croft and Ole Miss instilled the desire to be a change-agent in my community in me. I am so thankful for everything I have gotten from them.
