Education Advisory Board seeks Research Associate

Maia Cotelo, a 2016 Croft alumna, notified us that her employer, the Education Advisory Board (EAB, a best-practices consulting firm for higher education) is currently hiring for the entry-level research associate role.

Research associates produce a variety of research materials (e.g., 15-20 page briefs, one page literature reviews) for over 1,000 universities and school districts, including Ole Miss, on a broad range of topics. For example, research associates have recently written briefs on Washington D.C. semester programs, institutional social media guidelines, and the emerging concept of K-12 community schools. Research associates also write shorter literature reviews on existing EAB research.

There are positions available both immediately and starting in summer 2018. Maia would be happy to discuss the company and the research associate role with anyone who is interested. She says her Croft senior thesis was instrumental in qualifying her for the same position. Furthermore, she can refer anyone interested in applying directly to the EAB career management department. Her email address is mcotelo@eab.com.
