Six Croft Students Awarded Taylor Medals, Two Receive Language Honors
At the 2018 University Honors Convocation, on Thursday, April 5, 2018, six Croft students were awarded the Marcus Elvis Taylor Memorial Medal, the University's highest academic honor.

Lauren Newman, class of 2019
They join members of the class of 2018 Matthew Forgette, Sydney Green, and Henry Stonnington, who were awarded the Taylor Medal in 2017.
Two Croft students were recognized by the Department of Modern Languages at the same ceremony: senior Sarah Meeks received the French Honors Award and junior Carlie Vowell received the German Honors Award.
