Croft taught me how to put together pieces of the puzzle that make up the big picture of the world today. To see how the parts fit together and impact one another motivates me to pursue the greater good, a positive social and economic impact, through my work at the SFA, which is to document, study, and celebrate the foodways of the changing American South.

Current Position
Project Coordinator for Southern Foodways Alliance at the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS
