Senior International Program Advisor for the NNSA US/UK Mutual Defense Agreement in Washington, DC

Croft provided an excellent opportunity to learn a wide range of topics within the international studies field. I did NOT know what I wanted to do when I graduated, but my focus on Latin American studies in Croft led to my interest in working in international development. After working in that field for a few years, I realized that international security policy was another challenging but rewarding field. I believe Croft provided me a solid foundation on policy issues across the globe that I was able to transition to security policy in graduate school, after which I started at NNSA. Therefore, the breadth of study in Croft enabled me to choose not one but two fields in which to work. Now I'm on a career path that is of my making and is rewarding and enduring.
